About the Coaches 

Bianca Reed – Founder & Coach

Bianca is a former All-American track and field athlete, certified USA Track & Field coach, and current high school track and volleyball coach. With over 15 years of experience mentoring and coaching student-athletes on and off the court, she brings a balanced approach to coaching that focuses on technique, strength, and mindset. Bianca is deeply committed to whole athlete development, emphasizing consistent effort, strong character, and academic accountability. As a military spouse and community builder, she understands the unique needs of families stationed overseas and is passionate about helping young athletes reach their full potential.

Breland Reed – Strength & Performance Coach

Breland brings years of experience in athletic performance, strength training, and health education to Flight Club TF. A former Division I football player and current Aerospace Physiology Officer in the United States Air Force, Breland combines real-world athletic insight with a deep understanding of physical readiness, nutrition, and injury prevention. His training approach is grounded in discipline and adaptability, helping athletes build speed, power, and confidence across all sports. Whether they’re just starting out or working toward college-level performance, Breland supports youth in developing the habits and strength they need to succeed
